Zahler's Reach Whey Protein Shake Powder

My husband and I have been trying to get in shape recently, since getting married three years ago we have become very sedentary people, and you can tell just by looking at us. You need protein to help repair your muscles after a work out, and I have been having a hard time finding one that does not make me gag. It is a texture thing.  A lot of them are very grainy and do not mix up very well. 

I do not have that issue with Zahler's Reach Whey Protein in cookies'n'cream flavor. Te texture is smooth and not at all chalky, the only thing I was not crazy about was it did not taste like cookies'n'cream, but it was still tasty. It just tasted like a regular chocolate protein shake. I am happy to finally have found some that I can get down with no problems. You can find more information on Amazon.
