My husband sometimes lifts weights, which is why we decided to try out this combo. The wrist wraps offer great support for his wrists while he is lifting, and  and the wrist straps help him out once his hands and fingers get tired and transfers the weight to his wrists. I am loving this Garcinia with 95% HCA right now. It is a weight loss supplement that suppresses appetite, which is something I really need. I am always starving and I snack like crazy! This has got to be my biggest problem when it comes to weight loss and getting in shape. My favorite time to eat is at night, which makes it even worse for you.

I just take it 30 minutes before a meal with a glass of water three times a day and I do not feel any need to snack in between meals. I have been using it a few weeks now and the results are fantastic. I have lost just a little over five pounds and I am not snacking, as I mentioned before. Zahler's Reach Whey Protein Shake Powder

My husband and I have been trying to get in shape recently, since getting married three years ago we have become very sedentary people, and you can tell just by looking at us. You need protein to help repair your muscles after a work out, and I have been having a hard time finding one that does not make me gag. It is a texture thing.  A lot of them are very grainy and do not mix up very well. 

I do not have that issue with Zahler's Reach Whey Protein in cookies'n'cream flavor. Te texture is smooth and not at all chalky, the only thing I was not crazy about was it did not taste like cookies'n'cream, but it was still tasty. It just tasted like a regular chocolate protein shake. I am happy to finally have found some that I can get down with no problems. You can find more information on Amazon.

If you are anything like me, when you are on the run you just grab your phone charging cord and stick it in your purse. And, again, if you are like me, your purse is a mess, and it ends up getting all tangled up and ends in a jumbled mess. Well I am tired of it!

Chef Clever Silicone Non-Stick Baking Mat

I recently acquired a non-stick baking mat made by Chef Clever, and it is pretty sweet. I made some chocolate chip cookies on this (and I will have to do it again so I can take pictures-they did not last long enough this time!) and they were delicious! Although, the credit for their tastiness goes to me. The mat is 16.5 inches by 11 inches and all along the edge is has marks so you can measure, as you will see in the photo. It has inches on one long side and one short side, and centimeters on one long side and one short side. It also has spots marked for you to put your cookies (or whatever you are making) so they are spaced evenly and won't run together after you start baking.

Silicone baking mats are great for many reasons. Firstly, you do not need to use any oil, so it makes things healthier right off the bat. You can also do away with parchment paper and aluminum foil which saves money. With a baking mat there will be no more scrubbing of cookie sheets and pans because you pull off the cookie sheet and wash it with a little dish soap and water and you are good to go. Clia Moisturizer

I have never really used to care about my skin. But I have realized as I get older and as my grandmother keeps telling me, it is better to start now. If I keep it healthy I will be better off because it is a lot harder to fix my skin later on down the line. So I recently got this Clia Facial Moisturizer to try out.

I have been using it for a few days now and I am really happy with the results. I never knew what it felt like to have hydrated skin before! I apply it in the morning and at night after washing my face, and before I put on any make-up. It is unscented and very creamy. I highly recommend this moisturizer. Good Stuff Dragon Beard Oil

My husband, Aaron, is in the Air Guard, so once a month he has to shave off his beard, and before this, he was in the Air Force, and was’t able to have a beard at all! So we are new to the world of beard grooming and beard grooming supplies. But he wants a nice looking beard so that is what we are trying to achieve.

So my husband tried this beard oil the other day and he really likes it. It has a nice pepperminty sweet smell to it. It makes his beard softer and look fuller, shinier, and healthier. What I really like is that it doesn’t scratch me now! He likes the way if feels on his face and it keeps the skin from drying out underneath his beard. What a wonderful product that we didn’t previously know existed!
